You have a great peice here. I think that with some work you can get it to production quility. There are tones of things that looked lazy in it which doesn't go off very well. All you need to do is put a little more time into it and you'll have a grand peice of art.
If your going to have the she-males head boil I would suggest using what you did with the hair boiling to keep attention on her. And not chunks of her face at different points.
The Typewriter needs to be put in. It took a while to me to realize what he was doing.
The skiing down the hill need to take the pengin out of the ground.
Those are the first things that stick out in my mind. But You have a great look to it and the animation is very limited but works for style.
